Meet Paxi Yanomami
Paxi is an Indigenous woman from the Yanomami people of the Brazilian Amazon, raised with knowledge passed down through generations about plants, natural ingredients, and traditional hair-care practices.
For years, she has cared for her hair using a very different approach — one rooted in preparation, ingredients, application, consistency, and a specific sequence refined over time.
But her story goes far beyond hair care.
According to Paxi, after she began sharing natural approaches to hair loss and speaking openly about traditional ingredients she says had drawn commercial and patent interest, she began facing intense pressure in Brazil.
Fearing that this pressure would continue, she made the difficult decision to leave Brazil and rebuild her life in the United States.
Today, she is sharing the method she says was kept within her tradition for years — not as another collection of products, but as a complete process.
